Eric Sakowicz and Tom Worthington founded Impact Sciences in 1988. And they did so with one vision in mind, to "Be Better": to write a better document, to run a better company, to hire better employees, to better serve clients.

And as Impact Sciences moves closer to its 20 year milestone, the philosophy remains unchanged: Provide excellent client service and approach the environmental process realistically and objectively. Whether a city, water agency, developer or attorney, we approach our clients with respect and their projects with forethought. Integrity to our client; integrity to the process.

We treat our employees the same way. We believe that if you invest in your employees and care about them personally, they will do the same for you. This is nothing new.  It is simply treating those around you with the respect they deserve and receiving the same in return.
